Maintain your metal balance the golden scale. Bend not to favor nor lean to disgust. Keep just, upright and stay the honest man. With money or with man, hold on to this rule. With your mind calm and honest, things will be kept in good order. If every man fulfills his own duties well, social order and world peace would be preserved.

2. The Meaning

You must be just and upright in your attitude towards the world so that a steady and stable situation can be maintained. You and your family will be perfectly safe. You have no hope of making a fortune and you must be careful in business. Matrimony will be successful and pregnancy leads to the birth of a boy. Message will arrive from travelers and missing will reappear later. Farming and silkworms will prosper steadily and livestock are quite safe. Better settle lawsuits out of court. Traveling is not recommended. Things lost will be found. Sickness can only be cured through prayer. Ancestral graves are fairly safe.
