Who appears as 佛身 ( fú shēn ) a Buddha.

This form is sitting on a rock with one hand placed on his raised knee and the other resting on another rock nearby.

A vial with a willow branch is placed beside her.

This form is the same as Nilakantha Avalokitesvara in Vajrayana or Tantric Buddhism.

This form is venerated for its ability to cure diseases, alleviate sins and lengthen lifespans by swallowing the defilements of sentient beings into her throat, turning it dark.

That is why Guanyin is sometimes called with the blue neck.
